Prayority is made by an independent developer. You write, and a person answers—usually within a day or two.
Write to us
Tell us what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version. For billing questions, include the date.

- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name › Subscriptions.
- Choose Prayority › Cancel Subscription.
Apple manages subscriptions: we can’t cancel them or see your payment details. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases
- Open Prayority › You (Profile).
- Tap Go Premium, then Restore Purchases at the bottom.
- Use the same Apple account you purchased with.
Delete your account
- Open Prayority › You (Profile).
- Go to Community › Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and its community data are deleted.
Notes, highlights and intentions live only on your iPhone and are removed when you delete the app. If you can’t open the app, email us and we’ll do it for you.
Report content
- On the prayer wall, tap “…” on the post.
- Choose Report or Block.
- Posts reported by several people are hidden automatically while we review them.
If something is urgent or serious, email us with REPORT in the subject.
